Wondering if I could get a bit of advice?
I won a giveaway the beginning of June. The prize is a bundle of clothes.
The host was on holiday for two weeks in June.
I decided on all my pieces in the first week of July.
And I haven't even seen the seamstress make my things. She keeps giving excuses such as "I started a new job" and "School started again" and "i'm remaking some patterns in this size", all of which I understand.
But the thing that has me iffy is that she's constantly adding new "in stock" clothes to her shop, and had a Halloween sale with specific themed stock just recently.
I asked her for a shipping quote mid/late September, hoping that having the potential for a paypal claim would incentivize her to finish asap.
So we started contact June 8th, and it's now Nov 5th and to my knowledge, as of Oct 24th, she has made 2 of the 6 items I requested.
I don't feel like I have the right to kick up a fuss considering it was a giveaway prize.
But on the other hand, I have paid shipping, and she made a promise to complete the order, which I feel she is not taking seriously, and jerking me around as a result.
The hell should I do?
>>6609747That really sucks, anon. Sorry for your shitty sitch to be in.
I would let your buyers know the sitch and see if they're happy to wait a but to see if it shows up like
>>6610234 says, coz i know most people would be willing to wait a bit longer if they like the doll/artist.
