It turned out it wasn't cost effective to release as a head, torso and hands set. They said it would have to had to be $60, when for an extra $10 they could recast arms and lower torso and sell it as a complete figure for $70.
In that sense, we will still get the set, but it will be entire figure instead. Dunno when though.
