They can't really be compared side by side, you have to ask yourself do you really love the samurai/japan themed look.
Also, why not both?

SHF on the other hand is loaded with articulation, but some releases are kinda meh (Jango for example) and because you're so late to the party some of the better figures like return of the jedi Luke is crazy expensive, some popular figs like Darth Maul got a reissue though so maybe you'll get lucky.
If you care to own the best 6" Boba Fett currently available you should check out Medicom/Mafex's Star Wars line too.
