What would be a fair price for a repaint of this level? Base figure is 7 inches tall and still widely available, SRP $20, and the process for the repaint is detailed here:

I've checked some listings online but the ones on Ebay are more than $100 and don't even come close to this. Curious how much something like this could be worth because my own repaints can reach the same level (technical level anyways; I personally wouldn't repaint mine to be this stylized) and I'm wondering if I could make a decent side hustle out of something like this.
