Engineering-wise I think Akuma Shogun is better, but I like Ashuraman the best. No toe-joints for whatever reason though but he makes up in many other areas.
SHFSS Hibiki is also a good candidate, practically perfect figure that's just missing a potential accessory.

Really wish he had a smiling faceplate though. Also a Zero to go along with him ffs, I've been waiting for years at this point.
