Prime's cab/main body makes up the upper torso, basically doing a handstand (though his hands are actually folded up his chest, which is now his back) while doing a really, REALLY intense split (his crotch literally splits in half and merges with his skirt armor to make those nifty shoudler pauldrons, while his legs become his new arms). Meanwhile, his trailer becomes his legs and lower torso. Thsi guy is BIG - he towers over Armada Megatron, and looks to be roughly the same size as Star Saber (though I haven't taken mine out of his display case yet to do a proper comparison). Somehow, this mode actually has more poseability than his normal one - his hands open and close, his shoulders completely rotate, and unlike hsi normal robot mode, he does indeed have full hip rotation. I find his skirt armor in this mode to be a bit awkward-looking, though - even when folded up, his trailer's turret hangs from his back like a set of coattails, and that front part of his skirt being a single flap instead of being split into two separate ones irks me a little. Neither one hinders his mobility in any way, and I'm sure the look is accurate to the source material, but it's still a little off to me. Other than that, he looks pretty cool - the extra gold is pretty eye-catching, and his headsculpt looks awesome. he's got plenty of weapons in this mode, too - that massive cannon of his is now looks like it's a decently-proportioned pistol in the same vein as a Magnum revolver, and even though his normal robot mode's arms are now on his back, those extra weapons from his wrists can still be detached and mounted to either his gun, shoulders, or the sides of his lower legs; his trailer's rocket pod is now a cool backpack, letting him shoot missile volleys from his back, and his trailer's turret coattail thing can technically be unfolded and flexed around like a tail to aim the gun on its tip, though it looks really weird.
