Fellas, anon who started collecting about 3 weeks ago and cannot stop here. Here's what I'm working with so far. How am I doing? Are there any "essential" characters I should get? I feel like Whip Lash and OG Beast Man are essentials but I want to hear if from /MOTU/. I will probably go with LOP Beast Man because I honestly think he looks better and he's currently available for around $20. Whip Lash I don't really know much about, and I don't think I had the toy as a kid so I don't have a huge impulse to get him, but I don't want to miss out on core characters.
I feel like Orko is another I should be concerned with getting, but he's already kind of pricy and his size/articulation is kind of a deterrent. Same with the female Origins figures; the only one I'm really interested in is She-Ra. I have the white Sorceress from Grayskull but her articulation seems so inferior to everyone else, or maybe it's her tiny limbs that put me off? Definitely feels cheap by comparison.
Feel free to tell me to stop fucking buying this shit, too, because I need to hear it from someone... I just can't pass up a deal though. I got Webstor, Fisto, and Faker for $65 shipped on FB marketplace today, and then saw Trap Jaw for $37 on Amazon, which is the lowest I've seen him. That's over $100 spent on discontinued MOTU Origins figures in ONE DAY but I'll likely never see them for those prices again. Please understand...
