I buy and build lots of old shit because I find the earnest crudity of them fun, sometimes charming, and I'm basically just screwing around. It not everybody's bag, but it's up to you to figure out your best way to have fun. But when I say old kits, I mean shit from the 60s and 70s. I've been eyeing some of Heller's ancient 1/72 Armee de l'Air stuff. Like this ghastly thing in pic related. It's so horrid, and I want it so bad.
