His transformation is frustrating because his legs basically do a hellraiser puzzle box to turn into the back of the car, and then the rest makes absolutely no effort and just does the lay-down-arms-at-the-side thing. My biggest problem is with the tightness of the shoulders. Mine came with the right one incredibly tight, and there's no real way to get it looser because it's pinned in. It's apparently a widespread thing because a couple other people here said the same thing, but mine must have been way worse. It's scary tight, and every time I try to move it I feel like it's gonna snap. YMMV on that part. Also the missile launchers like to fall out in robot mode, but I prefer him without them anyway.
