The last waves have generally had just the regular head and a helmeted one, but the Poxxus wave toyed with some alternate heads (some of which were lame recolors with magical effects, but it's a start).
You can think of these characters as stoic people, buy figures with helmets or masks or just wait and see if alt expressions become common. The newest revealed wave could have featured fierce alt expressions since there are barbarians there, but they have so much new shit, including the bear, that it's understandable that they left alt expressions aside.
