Granted, that one is a special edition (the regular version has a more muted color, closer to gray than shiny silver.) But if you did feel like putting in minimal effort on painting, every piece is one solid color so you could make a regular one look the same by just painting the gray parts silver.
I would show a picture of the regular edition, but I'm out if town for work this week. There are also the Evangelion color scheme ones which have more colors on the pieces. Pic is the Eva-02 one that I have for reference. They are more expensive and harder to find though, just due to being out of production and fairly high demand.
