You don't pay anything if you import from within the EU or if the value is under 25 euros otherwise you just pay the usual tax on products (which is 21% here), however, our postal sistem is particularly thorough when it comes to taxes, which has earned us the privilege of being listed on the JapanPost website as one of the few countries with possible delays. Luckily they're not AS thorough with SAL, so being a tacky salfag works I guess.
