You can actually attach all his other bits and bobs to it to fill things out further, but just using that nosecone alone brings him close to his G1 appearance.
On a side note, if you have two Core Legacy Shockwaves, they can turn into Targetmasters for him or be mounted under his Super Gunship's wings to make an even bigger spaceship mode.
