Spoilers: I done fucked it up, which is typical for the first attempt. I'm going to try it again with some thinner materials and a modified pattern that will fit Shizue's measurements better.

Yeah, I done fucked up. I used an old holey sock as my test material. Socks can make decent sweaters for 1:6 scale figures & dolls, but scaled for 1:12-ish figures it's too thick as a material. It was a real bitch to turn it inside out due to how narrow the sleeves were. I didn't even bother to sew on the collar because I just knew the material would keep popping of Shizue's troublesome head off her neck post. Also, the loose edges of a knit sock tend to fray everywhere. I hand sewn this outfit because I don't have a machine. Besides, I'm not that skilled enough as a tailor to work with pieces so small on an automated machine.

I'm not faulting Skelly anon for his pattern, because it worked for him. But the pattern does need adjustment for Shizue. The sleeves are a bit too long. The bottom of the sweater needs to be flared out more so to be not as tight around Shizue's massive hips & ass. The keyhole was surprising as it was much too big and Shizue's huge titties kept popping out of the hole. I tried closing up the hole along the sides with some stitches, but no luck. Maybe it's because I attached the front bottom part of the sweater too low to make the hole bigger than intended.
