I wouldn't take it personally. Honestly the dude was pretty tame compared to what I've seen, I can attest that people can be pretty nasty some times here.
Just keep doing what your doing, no rules are being broken here so the thread is fine. If you ignore them they get bored and move on and that's about all you can do.
