Marrow is an easy reuse, she'd just need a new upper torso and head on the x-men female buck, plus she's probably the most recognizable thanks to her game appearance. Caliban because he was (accidentally) in two Fox-Men movies and thus recognizable-ish, plus is an extremely cheap figure, yet another buckycap or the suit body with no tie.

Alternatively we'll get a new version of Sinister and a cheap marauder like vertigo (just a straight up repaint, even the head wouldn't need to be new), or a more complex one like Scalphunter. Arguably we just got Morph, and spider-ham suggests Leech would be a single-piece accessory figure rather than an actual articulated figure.
Maybe as an accessory to Mr. M? Also would be a super cheap suit man figure with no weapons, so it would justify the leech accessory.
