This clearly takes the design from Rodimus' head, chest, forearm pipes, back crests, and Winnebago trailer. It's indefensibly Rodimus, and IP law in the US demands that you either defend your copyright or lose it. Selling hands, gears, or even weapons are really hard to get a reasonable copyright on, so those are off the suit radar.
It sucks, but that's how the law works, and they'll work it as much as needed. i wish Hasbro wold work with these companies to release these things, even if they were still very limited, so everyone could win, but until the corporate heads change, it ain't happening.
