>>79841022) Assembled Hawthorne Dollhouse by Real Good Toys
Exterior: Nicely Painted in pink, white and dark green. Significant damage to wraparound porch. Design has that tower that I wanted. Has two outside lamps but only one is still able to light up.
Interior: 11 Rooms. Wallpaper with floor and ceiling baseboards as well as carpet and kitchen tile, and wooden floors in various rooms. House is electrified though only some of the lights work. Interior has doors, and most windows have curtains.
The wallpaper does have seams (leaving some breaks in the wallpaper pattern), and the carpets do have x marks on them like it was planned to remove them at some point.
This also included 2 boxes of extras. One box has spare parts including paint, wires and lights, and enough spare porch bits to rebuild the front facade of the wraparound porch. Other box has a nice collection of furniture, some items needed repair but I still use many of them.
There was also a couple of magazines that painted a picture of the person who originally owned that house. The mags also help me identify some other house kits that can be out there as they both had catalogues. It is worth noting it also came with it's plug in wall transformer which as mentioned earlier is an expensive piece to replace.
After some wood glue and repair I was able to make it look ok enough for me. I display it with the front facing forward because of how nice the facade looks. This all cost $85 before tax and was bought at a goodwill.
