Head swap. 1:18 black series stormtrooper body with head from the rogue one release. The neck and ball joints were different sizes so it required some surgery. I think it's a hell of an improvement, though. The rogue trooper has a really accurate sculpt but only 5 points of articulation. I'll probably strip the paint and re-do it all, then add a gloss coat. Then he could pretty much stand in as a mini hot toys.
Just look at how crappy the old helmet was.
