It just came to me that Mattel called the toyline Motu Origins because its the origin of how bad they can fuck things up.
Everyone loved Origins and now those good vibes are over shadowed by the extraneous bullshit like Netflix and Teela looking as boring and generic as possible for her staring role.
Seriously, no red on her clothes. Strong women are still women and there is nothing wrong with giving her a sense of style. Her armor looks like she's wearing a slab or jerky. And are those pants and knee pads?
