This is just like all of those other drawing mannequins, it's just there to give you a rough idea of proportions and gestures for sketching ideas when you can't have a model.
It's obviously built mainly for letting the average animator do some stop-motion without machining their own or paying thousands for a decent armature. I got in on it early when it was $75 and that was before a lot of the stretch goals were unlocked like the magnets. That's not much compared to what I've paid for revoltechs and other imported figures with a good amount of articulation engineering. So to me it's a fair price for what it is.
