They made 3 noodle stopper figures of the dog from Okami but those are not cheap.
There's a 5 set of chibi Naruto NEXT GENERATIONS figures with scrolls to hold down the lids.
- and a Kashuu Kiyomitsu from Touken Ranbu.
(actually theres a few different ones from Touken Ranbu)
Also there's Darkstalkers Morrigan which is less naked.
