Two models and over 800 pieces after, these are the end results. Sorry in advance for the huge picture.
I took a photo of the white piece which I used to replace the black 2x2 corner in Pan Pan's leg. I'm convinced that the two got mistaken in the packaging process. I'm not sure how high the rate is for stuff like that in Miniso-brand bricks, but I had a similar issue happen to me in a LEGO set, so it's just bad luck.
As for Grizz, the instructions have you placing two 1x1s under the belly to round out the shape, which I refused to include because they were loose as hell and were dropping constantly whenever I set the model down, so watch out for that. It's not that the 1x1's have bad friction, but rather that the 1x3, 1x4, etc. don't have those things at the bottom to keep connecting bricks from sliding all over.
I'll look forward to getting Ice Bear next. By the way, has anyone purchased the non-microscale bricks at Miniso? I'd be tempted to buy some if they did sets aimed at older audiences.
