I spent more money on TR/LG than I did on any line, just about every single Deluxe was excellent. Sleepers like Chromedome, Hot Rod and Doublecross have endured to become some of my favorite figures of all time, and the dudes who came with a headmaster AND targetmaster are just pure fucking brilliance. I'm not some weirdo who thinks Transformers NEED a gimmick beyond simply transforming, but so much of Siege seems a but bland after the madness of LG where every toy was a self-contained mini-squadron. At least the upcoming deluxe micromaster bases look like they'll be fun.
