Nowa is the best in terms of personality since she comes with 4 different face plates. Note that you can take her top and bottom off, but doesn't have vagina sculpt, just buns.
I liked Nanael's personality the best of the show, and was pretty disappointed that her faceplates didn't express it. Her black and pink alt color was pretty cute, though.
