It's OK with 6 inchers, since you usually have enough to grab on to to work the joint loose, but the 3 3/4 gets very tight and you often end up putting heavy stress on the actual limb or another joint while trying to pose the figure.
My Mimban troopers knees feel like they are going to tear if I move them, and I can't do a thing with Hondo's legs because it pulls that the thigh cut to much.
I've even tried dunking them in boiling water for a few seconds. This always works for Mythic Legions, but doesn't at all for Star Wars.
