They have no basis in anything and are just trying to do as much PR damage on the way out as possible, believing that once they're out, they'll be able to snatch up these deals GSC made with various media owners. This is completely insane to think though, since they're going to lose, have zero proof for any claim, and then be sued for defamation.
The subhuman cretin writing the article merely saw the words "4chan" and spent 80% of the article writing about how GSC is funding qanon, trump, proudboys, antivaxxers, pedophiles, lolicons and etc because journalism is a fucking joke. They saw their opportunity to take down a company that they were told with no proof was evil. They didn't fact check or even put in a "the defendants claim", they just want to do harm.
