Houston here, ran into others claiming the other targets had started selling them. They convinced a Target worker to scan the trooper (only figure they had in stock) and since it scanned they sold the case of 6 to us four there. One of the managers didn't want to budge on the street date but was ok if it scanned. Two guys took 2 each and the 3rd lady,buying for her husband, split the the last 2 with me so I snagged one.
Another Target only had Roadblock but wouldn't break the date.
