In my experience, HLJ worked with me and helped me when I had an issue.
Mandarake on the other hand, Banned me multiple times because:
>I didn't get an email for my order and asked them for one, They replied with a, "You failed to pay, and you're banned".>Second time I made a new account just to order something, They Banned me after I asked them to cancel a orde,r because a bill was coming out early.>Third time I made a new account and shipped it to my friend's. Got my order, but a week later I was banned for having new account.
