>>9143688To follow up, I feel that it's dumb to ignore the obvious anime influences that Exo-Force has in its theme design. Even when you look past the anime-as-fuck minifigs and names there's some serious inspiration from things like the flagship set used by the "main" character being a sleek white suit with a beam rifle and a sword a-la Gundam or a lot of the other designs having a serious early/mid-80s mecha vibe similar to Macross's Destroids or the various ATs from Votoms. I'm not trying to say that they're 1/1 ripoffs, but to ignore that Exo-Force is derivative as fuck is just stupid.
