I just received casual jalter and she came without her hands, the stand, the extra joint or the extra straw. I bought directly from GSC and when I contacted them they asked me for some info like pictures of the box that the figma was shipped in, the packing materials and to measure the weight of everything together. I emailed them back and said I didn't have the packing materials anymore since I through them out before I even opened the figma, now they're saying there's nothing they can do and are refusing to send me a stand and the hands. Is there anything I can do to defend myself? Has anyone here ever had to deal with something similar?
