the advantage though, is that they would give the wielder a bigger gun. these days most tf blasters are pea shooters compared to the launchers that had to fire a 4 in long rod of plastic.
on a related note, I lost the missile for pic rel but found it again some years later. but when I tries to put it back in, it was as if the spring wasnt there anymore, and pretty much nothing was holding it in place. no idea what happened there.
