You'd put it in his right hand, pull back on his wrist and the spring mechanism in his shoulder would make you arm snap forward and throw the shuriken right at the dirt.
Throwing gimmicks were a thing in the 90s, don't even worry about it.
So articulation is one arm is essentially gone since the shoulder is all full of springs, even if the elbow and wrist still work.
The other arms has a perfectly functioning ball joint.
Ball joints in the hips too. No waist given how he transforms. Very tight thigh swivels and knees but I don't feel like I'd break them when they move.
Not a fan of Primal's back pack but it's supposed to be his jetpack. I guess?
And can we talk about his clear cap with exposed green brain underneath?
