I think with female characters Yamaguchi might go easy on the capes, minimal number of joints. WW didn't need to be articulated and was removable, but a full length cape he will likely change strategy. There's also Storm to consider if they want to keep on the MvC route. Her dad is already out so I can see them making Starlet Witch in hopes to move that very old inventory.
I think this costume is the most likely, closest to that MCU look, easier for the leg articulation than that long skirt/coat look. They usually avoid classic costume when so many modern costumes exists, and are similar to the movies.
This pose will definitely be used in the promo shots.
