Though seriously, was considering getting two of these with one kept as the Heavyarms Kai; just the 8-10,000 yen for complete(or overlooking/fixing some scruffed up paint in cases) ones would be pretty steep. So with this I got the basics I needed. Admittedly one of the lower arms and the knife, instead of a gatling lower arm; would've made this perfect enough for me at 4,000 yen for the figure. Still this'll do with the option on the conditional complete one still around probably.
