I'm going in with absolutely ZERO korean so yeah, I'll need all the help I can get lol. My uni offered only Korea as an asian country, so I picked it because I wanted to go to that part of the world and live there for a while.
Shipping from japan seems like a good idea, I was looking into grabbing some CDs and the like but of course shops like mandarake would work, hadn't thought of it. Let me know if you find out about anything specialized in TF around Korea!
I wouldn't say I found a cheap shop, but it has a lot of options with standard prices and not terrible shipping. Plus I found a local shop in the capital that carries at least all the new stuff!
The pandemic is doing better in korea than where I live, so I'm not too worried. Already had to cancel last year's program and moved it over to this year, so I'm not gonna miss out this time. Living in asia for a bit has been a dream of mine for a long time.
