Ever check out the LOTDK Batgirl? As a pervert, that one was my personal favorite. I discovered it when /toy/ first started. Love the detail on the wings.
As for the colors, I think its just a 90s thing, I feel like that harsh white/saturated purple combo popped up often back then, I swear I remember seeing a lot of snow jackets with those colors.
