I worked on it before the TR version was announced (or even leader magnus for that matter) as a little (slowly, slowly moving) side project using a beat up PM Prime.
I'm almost done with the cab but there's not much else I can use for Optimus Prime limbs at that size, and I might as well finish what I've started. I've got some Cybertron Prime parts that I considered using but the front/back hips ratchets are fucked in it.
I guess at the 60 bucks or so I'm seeing MP-01s at, maybe I should just buy a TR version and replace the cab and inner torso with the g1 version but I dunno.
