You build them yourself and each stand comes with a ton of spare parts so you can Frankenstein them together and make crazy, multi-armed supports and what not. They come with three different sizes of pincers, but even without them, at the ends of the arms are 5mm pegs, and they come with adapters that make them into 3mm pegs, which most modern Transformers have a port for on their back and/or alt mode. They're a little wobbly with heavier stuff, but still plenty sturdy.
