I know most of the places that sold out of the GVK Godzilla and Kong ended up getting a few extras, but they sell out fast. BBTS and USAGundam Store still have some moreextra Kongs, but they sold out of Goji fast, Eknights also sold out of Goji pretty quickly. SO if that is anything to go by, you'll probably have a day or so window on most stores to try and get one.
It's probably possible, but I'd really recommend trying to order it when it goes up in Japan. If it's a Webshop exclusive like the Thailand leaks say it is, then you won't be able to get it on HLJ or AmiAMi though, so prepare accordingly.
