I was looking to see what other Besalisks exist that could possibly reuse his parts but the only other one listed in canon is some guy from a Rebels comic that nobody read and even he has, similar to Dexter Jettster, has a completely different look that wouldn't be able to use much of the tooling besides maybe the hands. And Krell's production cost would also throw him into Deluxe territory too which would mean he probably wouldn't sell very well at all even though I know I'd buy him. Maybe they could throw him in a pack with a couple of 501st members we don't have yet from the Umbara episodes that could help offset his cost a bit or something.
I was trying to think of some other character that could maybe utilize some of his tooling and the only thing I could really see was if they made this Trandoshan Jedi from the High Republic since he's got a larger torso. They would have to plug the holes where Krell's bottom arms would go and then do an overlay that could cover it but it could possibly work.
