Icons, however, is 1/12 scale, which is what the Hasbro and Toy Biz used to produce. However, thanks to Hasbro overuse of redecoding older figures, they've been increasing the scale by using inappropriate molds for characters that should be much shorter.
So you have characters like a 13 year old Miles using some 6'2" body builder body that's meant for some adult superhero.
Characters like Wolverine, who's supposed to be a 5'4" manlet is now standing at 6 feet tall

Personally, i have no problem with Icons using 1:12 scale, since I'm not a fan of Hasbro's redecoing problems and haven't bought many of their newer figures.
