Hard to quantify that when it seems to be mostly opinion. I mean, my NECA movie TMNT are just about perfect. Same with my Stitches figure that looks like it belongs in some museum that has a stop motion section. Beautiful figures, the paint is spot on, and the articulation is very good.
... and that is what i consider premium. They spent the money to make them look like professional models. They didn't cost an arm and a leg either.
The main thing about these toys is just that and usually only costing a bit more than a children's toy.
