Not sure if they have unpainted kits, the one I built was fully painted.
All I did was glue the parts together, touch up the obvious nub marks and apply decals. Tomytec kits really teach you how to use the absolute minimum amount of glue.

Tomytec decals are never easy.

These particular ones need to be cut out of the sheet, you need to let them float on the surface on the water paper side down (not submerged) and if you bend them they shatter into little pieces like glass. Fun times.
