The muscles are less angular than what can be seen in the Frieza/Cell/Buu sagas and eye contour is more rounded.
Overall I find that the Toriyama style from the 23rd Tenkaichi Budokai/Saiyans/Namek sagas singles better the characters than Cell or Buu sagas where it seems more standard (it's more geometrical chara-design if you see what I mean).
By the way, you can notice that DragonGarowLee mainly copies this old style.
