That shit is literally theft.
The only difference is that AI can not steal 1000s and 1000s of 3D models because no one ever published them. Video game models are to few; and they drastically change resolution if you are copy pasting from video games.
Also early video game models are not that interesting they relay more on textures to fake geometry.
And companies are not retarded (unlike independent artists ) to upload their models to a file hosting platform that literally in their TOS says

AI can eventually try to get there only it will need to get into voxels (3D pixels) and Voxels look like crap or something any 3D modeler can fart out in 10 minutes.
And trying to get a AI to deal with polygons and textures on polygons is so resource intensive ..... that it is not happening in the next 40 - 60 years.
