He's definitely a step-up from his first toy and I dig him, but a lot of small changes would have made straight up /good/.
I hate the gimped articulation in his arms. They're spindly, so there's no excuse for it. Less than 90 degrees at the elbow and no inward movement at the shoulders is so lame. And I'll be disappointed if someone doesn't make add-on hands for him that actually do something in alt mode. And no rotation on his forearm panels so he can do pic related pose is a shame.
