Cybertronians are made of all sorts of useful materials, like there tires which don’t rot or wear away after thousands or millions of years.
(Disclaimer: Cybertronians may need to be in their original pre-earth disguise forms for you to be able to harvest exotic materials from their exteriors. Interior composition should remain mostly the same regardless though.)
