The saber handle is longer than any Black Series handle, and of course the blade is thicker, but surprisingly this is two pieces (unlike the 5" Vader having a single piece saber).
3PO is actually pretty great since there's not a hell of a lot that a 3PO needs to do. I just gave my son a Hero Mashers 3PO, but I have a feeling he'll like this a little more since it looks closer to the actual media.
These are both 4POA figures, with waist, neck, shoulders, and retailed for $6.99--about $2 more than they ought to be.
