Denji comes with more.
Not sure for what reason, but for Denji, they fucked up the shoulders (see picrel), and they look really whacky and gappy for that reason. Could've just kept the Chainsaw Man ones, but for some reason they really felt the need to rework that bit (even though they always love to straight up reuse shit when they get the opportunity) and make it worse looking. Can't tell you why.
Denji's faces also aren't that amazing. Most of them are better than the Figma, in my opinion, but both are lacking a certain something. Some guy here matte sprayed them and they looked better, though. They'll work if you really need a Denji.
So if you were to ask me straight up which one to get if you could only get one, I'd say Chainsaw Man. Fewer accessories, but better as a figure. If you got both, you could put Chainsaw Man's shoulders on Denji, though.
